These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the North Ridge Outdoor Services website and our services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
North Ridge Outdoor Services provides commercial and residential outdoor services including landscaping, lawn maintenance, snow removal, irrigation, and landscape lighting in the Twin Cities metro area.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material availability, and scope changes agreed upon by both parties.
Service Agreements
All services are subject to a written agreement or proposal. Work will not begin until the agreement is signed and any required deposit is received.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each service agreement. A deposit may be required for larger projects. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month.
Warranty
Our warranty terms are outlined on our Warranty page. All warranties are subject to proper care and maintenance by the property owner.
Limitation of Liability
North Ridge Outdoor Services shall not be liable for damages beyond the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by severe weather, acts of nature, or improper maintenance by the property owner.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dakota County, Minnesota.
