The current header is one big HTML block. Nothing in it can be changed without editing markup. In this version every piece is a normal Elementor widget or a WordPress menu.
MENU ITEMS & DROPDOWNS
Appearance → Menus
Add, rename, reorder or remove any link. Drag an item slightly right to make it a dropdown child. The header updates everywhere instantly — no code, no developer.
THE LOGO
Click the logo → Choose Image
Swap the logo from the Media Library like any other image, and set its width with a slider.
COLOURS & TYPE
Elementor → Style tab
Link colour, hover colour, dropdown background, font size, spacing and the hamburger breakpoint are all panel settings.
THE GOLD BUTTON
Click the button widget
Change the label, the destination page, the colour or the padding. It is a standard Elementor Button.
One extra win: the coded header lists a Service Areas dropdown that the WordPress menu never had, so the two had already drifted apart. Driving the header from a real menu makes that impossible — there is only one list to maintain.

If this looks right, the same two blocks get saved into the real Header (template 1132) and Footer (template 1139) templates and take effect on all 43 pages at once. The current coded versions stay in the Elementor revision history, so it is reversible.
